Why does BariLife make tablets and not use capsules for their vitamins?
The best way to get so the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals into the smallest and easiest to take form is to compress it into a tablet. Putting the same ingredients into a capsule requires a lot bigger form and many capsules can contain gelatine or the body cannot absorb the vitamins straight away when needed while the capsule dissolves. This is why we make a tablet to avoid these issues.
Are your products easy to swallow?
Yes, our tablets are designed to be as small as possible compared to similar products available. They feature a water-activated gel coating on the outside of the tablet and a vanilla scent to help mask any unpleasant vitamin B12 smell.
What are the correct use of the tablets for non surgical or GLP 1 use?
Just One Lite tablets are also useable for non surgical (high vitamin needs individuals) take 1 x tablet every 3 days. If you have not had surgery and are using a GLP1 agonist injection then you take 1 x Just One Lite tablet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and if you have had a Bariatric Surgery (sleeve or bypass) you take 1 x Just One Lite tablet once Daily with water and after food.
When can I start taking vitamins after surgery?
Your care team will advise. Many patients start with chewables or BariLife Complete powder made up with water or mixed into a smoothie or shake or Mixed with Greek yoghurt - then move across to our tablets (remove reference to capsules as one of our core differences is that we are a tablet and not a capsule)
Can I take all of my tablets at once?
No - it is not recommended as your body can only absorb so much vitamins and minerals at one time. Spread them out across the day with a minimum of 2 hours between each. For our complete tablets you can take them in pairs (2 tablets in the morning, 2 tablets at lunch and 2 tablets with dinner.
What is your return policy?

Is the Just One or Just One Lite a complete regime?
A. Yes our Complete tablets and our Complete Watermelon flavoured powder are a complete regime, (in other words these products contain both Iron and Calcium in the correct dosages post Bariatric Surgery.
A. No for the Just One tablets or Just One Chewable tablets and Just One Lite tablets. These products contain everything that you need post surgery except calcium, which needs to come from our BariBurst soft calcium chews.
Is supplementation of calcium necessary after surgery?
100 percent YES. Both from experience in the USA and research after you have surgery you need to take supplementary calcium (preferably calcium citrate) for the rest of your life. Failure to do so could cause you major issues later in life. Even if you eat a lot of yogurt, cheese, dairy or other high calcium food it is unlikely that you will get sufficient calcium your body needs without a calcium supplement.
